"zheheng steel" produces and supply Wrought Steel Duplex steel F51/S31803 Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings., Non-standard pipe fittings are also produced according to customer requirements. The company strictly implements ASTM B16.9 / B16.5,ASTM A403 SH3408, SH3409, DIN2605, EN10253, BS1965, JISB2312 and other standards for production.
S31803 is a duplex stainless steel. 22% chromium duplex (austenitic / ferrite) steel (type 2205), with moderate to high strength and good resistance to ordinary corrosion / stress, corrosion / cracking.
The alloy has resistance to chloride environment and sulfide stress corrosion, and its strength is about twice that of standard austenitic stainless steel. When higher mechanical strength / lighter weight is required, the alloy can be successfully used as a substitute for 300 series austenitic stainless steel. F51 is easy to use many standard arc welding equipment for welding zd connection, but it is not recommended for oxyethylene block welding, because carbonization of the welding metal may occur.
